SportsPro Ignition – AI Enablement for Senior Leaders

Sports media is evolving rapidly, with AI set to transform how content is created, distributed, and monetised. SportsPro Media invited GenFutures Lab to deliver a high-impact webinar for senior leaders – focused on building compelling AI business cases and integrating practical tools into everyday workflows.

MY APPROACH

Our CEO, Melanie, designed and led an insight-rich session for Ignition, SportsPro’s flagship innovation platform, with a sharp focus on immediacy, clarity, and tangible value. The session featured:

  • Live walkthroughs of practical AI tools and media-specific use cases
  • Tailored business case design, grounded in industry needs
  • A comprehensive prompt library, equipping attendees with reusable assets
  • Interactive demonstration using a custom Miro board to map content opportunities
  • A bespoke six-step framework, guiding participants from GenAI exploration to high-value, cost-effective use cases – including testing and implementation – in under 30 minutes.

 

Our aim: empower attendees to move from curiosity to confident experimentation and results-driven action.

The session attracted 138 unique viewers, including 106 live attendees, with an average watch time of 28 minutes. A standout result for a virtual session in this space.
